On January 23, 2013 George Toriello sent me (Bob Meli) this information on Anthony J. Gadda. George Toriello said he gathered the information from two web sites “The Wall—USA” and
“The Virtual Wall".

Let us never forget the soldiers sacrifice.

PFC Anthony Gadda, a helicopter mechanic, was killed in an accidental helicopter crash in Pleiku, Gia Lia Province, South Vietnam. Nine others perished in that crash. The helicopter was believed to be overloaded and couldn't clear a stand of trees upon takeoff. A Purple Heart Medal was not awarded as this was a
non-hostile event.
