          One day after church in April of 2009, I stopped by the
Walter Brown American Legion Post and I met Richard Medaska who gave me this information on his brother, Stanley:

Stanley Medaska, according to his brother Richard, graduated from Hackensack High School in 1948.  Stanley served during the Korean War on board the DD794 USS Irwin.
