On December 11, 2009, Malene Cozart-Rogers sent us an email stating that she was a proud graduate of Hackensack High School and a veteran in the Vietnam War Era. Malene Cozart-Rogers is the first women veteran who will be listed under Researched Veterans on this project.

As a proud graduate of this Hackensack High School, I would like to be added to the veterans Honor Roll. I'm a Vietnam Era veteran; I served in the Navy from June 1974 to June 1978.
