HACKENSACK BOY DIES FROM KICK OF CAMP HORSE Henry Levitzki lived on 27 Franklin Street in Hackensack and was drafted into the Army and served in France. While waiting for his discharge at Camp Hancock in Augusta Ga. He was kicked in the head by a horse and died.
